Can I buy any item on Flipkart using this payment mode?
You can use Cardless Credit to shop for all items on Flipkart except gold and jewellery.
How do I know whether I am eligible and how much time will I get a confirmation?
Once you enter your PAN and Aadhaar details on the ‘Cardless Credit Application’ page, you’ll get a confirmation on your eligibility within 60 seconds.
What is the loan amount I’m eligible for?
Once you enter your PAN and Aadhaar details on the ‘Cardless Credit Application’ and get a confirmation on your eligibility, the loan amount provided to you by the financing partner will be visible.
I don’t see any option to use the Cardless Credit option while my friends and family can. How can I apply for this payment mode?
At the moment, Cardless Credit as a payment mode is available for a few customers. That said, we’re working with the financing partners to expand this to all customers.
Is it available on all channels – android, ios and desktop?
At the moment, this feature is available only on Flipkart android app.
Can I still apply for Cardless Credit even if I do not have an Aadhaar number?
Sorry, application for Cardless Credit cannot be made without Aadhaar number as it is mandated by the financing partners.
I do not have a bank account but I can pay in cash. Can I apply for Cardless Credit?
Yes, you can apply, but you can only repay your Cardless Credit due through Netbanking/ Debit Card.
Do I need to make a down payment?
No, you don’t have to make any down payment.
How does EMI with Cardless Credit work?
EMI or equated monthly installment payment option through Cardless Credit allows you to pay smaller fixed amounts for your purchases at a specified date, each month and includes the interest applicable.
If I shop using Cardless Credit, how can I complete payment?
You can shop using Cardless Credit and repay the amount through a single payment or hassle-free monthly instalments.
Will late payment of the monthly installment invite a penalty?
Yes, the late fee will amount to maximum of Rs. 200 or 3.0% of the total due amount, whichever is higher.
What happens if I’m not able to pay my monthly installments?
The financing partner reports information about your loan and payment activity to all credit bureaus. In case of late loan payments or if you have missed making payments, your credit score and ability to get loans in the future might get affected. We would like to let you know that the financing partners may also get collection agencies involved to recover any pending amount.
Can i prepay the EMI? Will there be any additional charges?
Option to prepay is currently not available.
Can I extend the tenure of EMIs?
Sorry, the tenure of the EMI cannot be changed.
What happens if I skip a monthly instalment? Can I pay it at once next month?
We strongly recommend that you do not to skip paying an instalment. Skipping an instalment will lead to a late fees and dip your credit score. This may also affect your ability to take any other loans from any financial institutions.
What are the repayment schedules available and interest rates?
The EMI tenure ranges between 3 – 12 months (3, 6, 9 and 12 months) and the interest rates vary between 14% – 25%.
How can I make bill payment(s)?
You can complete your bill payments through net banking or by using your debit card.
Will you access my CIBIL score?
Yes, the financing partner will access your CIBIL score as a mandatory step for verification and eligibility.
Can I have autopay linked to my bank account so that I don’t have to pay manually every month?

What is the minimum order value to avail Cardless Credit?
There is no minimum order value to avail Cardless Credit. However to avail the EMI option, the minimum cart value should be Rs. 3000.
Why did my application get rejected?
A customer’s application is approved by financing partners based on multiple factors like credit score, credit history, and past purchases on Flipkart.
When will my bill get generated?
The bill will be generated on the 1st of every month and you’ll get a notification through the app and an email. The due amount should be paid by 15th of the month.
Are there any additional charges?
No, there are no additional charges apart from the interest charges if repayment is done within the specified date. Else, there may be late payment charges levied to your Cardless Credit account.
Can I pre-close my loan?
This feature is not available at the moment.
Does Flipkart report to the credit bureaus?
Yes. The financing partner will report applicable payment related information to credit bureaus.
Can I combine payment for an order using Cardless Credit and any other prepaid mode?
No, the payment can be completed only in full through Cardless Credit mode for an order.
Can I pay less than my due amount?
No, the due amount will need to be paid in full.
By when can I see the updated balance after re-paying the due amount?
You will be able to see the updated balance instantly (within 2 mins).
Why do you need my Aadhaar/PAN details and is it safe to share those details ?
The financing partner would need these details to process your request for Cardless Credit. Rest assured, these details are saved in a secure data-vault that complies with the guidance provided by UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India).
Why is the available amount reduced after first transaction?
The total amount used by you while placing an order will be deducted from your overall limit and will be restored once you repay.
Will my bill have GST included as with my other bank cards?
